I have a roommate who is using my Wi-Fi network and downloading large videos and slowing down my connection. Is there a way to limit the download size he can do on his laptop using my Wi-Fi connection ?

Your WiFi router? Some higher end models have the ability to manage traffic, but most home routers do not. -steve
