My web/home button used to open Yahoo mail and weather, search was not set, and mail button opened Outlook. It is possible that search had weather, but I don't remember. Now, when I open web/home, Mozilla homepage opens. It's not input to open. I restarted the computer to backup my system, and Mozilla home page was there, again. It was not there this morning, when I turned on the computer, but I came out of hibernate, which may be the reason.
I had a server down problem with AT&T on Sunday and my keyboard got screwed.
I downloaded the last IntelliType Pro keyboard program, which I don't like at all, but I can't figure out how to remove it and download an earlier version. That is secondary to getting rid of the Mozilla home page. It's no big deal. I warn everybody to stay away from U-Verse...
Thank you.

Is Firefox your default browser or is IE? If IE somehow in the process it got replaced by Firefox as the default. If this sounds like the case go to your settings in IE and make it the default again.
If it is proper that Firefox be the default just manually navigate to the home page that you want and then settings and select to use the current page as home.
As far as the actual keyboard keys I'm sorry but can't help a lot. The software should have settings to assign values to such keys but I almost never use keyboard software. To me it is just a waste of system resources having such software running in the background when any such functions can just be a mouse click.

I use that keyboard on my Windows 7 computer, to be honest I haven't used that button I just click on the icon on my Taskbar for Internet Explorer and that brings up my Home page.
I used to have the keys along the top set up to open certain programs, I have the latest Intellitype software installed.

Jay - FF is default browser. It opened to the Mozilla add-on page. It hasn't done that the rest of the week. Perhaps it took overnight to accept the changes.
David - it's the latest version that I am trying to uninstall for an earlier version. The newer version looks nice, but isn't as clear as the older software.
Joan - My taskbar is virtually empty - just the way I like it.
Thank you.

The latest version of the software is the Keyboard and Mouse control center. The Intellitype software is older. If you want an older version of the intellitype software, you can use this link to get the 7.1 version of intellitype. I use this for my Microsoft Office Keyboard even though its not listed as one of the keyboards. It does have your keyboard as one of the items available to choose, just pick the version of Windows you are using from the drop down box. http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/internet-keyboard

When I set up the keyboard, I only set up three keys, and I copied the Yahoo mail login page as my default. It's in there, as is the Weather Underground, but Add-ons are not a default anywhere, so I will uninstall the Keyboard and Mouse control center, and install the earlier version of IntelliType, whether it's 7.1or 8.2.
Thank you.

It's getting weirder. I reverted back to an even earlier version after downloading 8.2. Each time I went into Control Panel and uninstalled the program before installing a new one. Do I have remnants cluttering my computer?
I have Yahoo and Weather on the Web/Home Key and Outlook on Mail. When I hit Web/Home, after closing out for some reason or another, Firefox usually restores the last session. Now, not only does it restore the last session, but it opens up a second Yahoo mail page and Mozilla home page. It's giving me doubles plus one I couldn't get rid of. Grr.
Thank you.
