As is obvious from my avatar I am a little bit in to the NFL...
I subscribe to NFL Game Pass to listen to live football games and to watch games at a later time. NFL Game Pass uses Flash to display the games.
Within the last week Game Pass is failing in IE. It will launch and start to display just fine but will just stop within ~5 minutes. There will be no error, it just freezes the video. The window is NOT unresponsive as I can change size and such. It just will not continue the video. I can close and open and all is fine but it will quit again.
As a test I just tried with Firefox and don't seem to have the issue. I have a Browns game from 2010 going right now in FF and there has been no interuption. The video has been going for ~30 minutes.
Any ideas? It isn't a really big deal as I can just set Game Pass as the home page for FF but this should not be needed.
System info:
Desktop system Drives: 240 GB System SSD drive 1 TB Data drive 4 TB media drive Memory (RAM) 8 GB OS Windows 10 Pro with ALL updates in place. Audio HDMI as the primary with Realtek as a secondary. Video AMD Sapphire 4 GB R9 380 Nitro series card Processor AMD FX 4100 quad core at 3.8 GHz.

No idea, Jay. I would have suggested changing the size, but you've already done that. I would have suggested that because I have an issue with video in Edge. The ads play just fine, but when it comes to playing the video I want to see, it is a black screen with sound, until I open the thing full screen. Then I see the video. Different issue. Could it have anything to do with the cache size in IE?

It isn't the cache size as that has not changed since it worked fine a week ago.

Did you check? Sometimes defaults have a way of re-establishing themselves. Not that I really think it is the cache size anyway. LOL Just a shot in the dark. Of course what has changed in the last week or so is that Adobe did some updates.

Adobe is first on my list of possibilities. I'll have to check the global settings. I wish Game Pass used Silver Light as does Netflix. Since I have no issue with Netflix it does tend to point to Adobe.

Right. I have no doubt it is Adobe.
