LOL! Last month was the warmest December ever in southcentral PA, well, since they started keeping records in the 1880's, in fact it pulverized the previous record by 4ยบ or something like that. Snowfall is something that surprised me when I moved to Wyoming... or mayhaps I should say lack of snowfall. I lived near to Lake Erie in Ohio and we would get more snow from a lake effect storm than we get all winter here. It isn't as cold as one would figure Wyoming to be either. Current temperature at 4:30 PM 1/23/16 is 45 degrees. Hang in there! It will melt eventually.  It will melt eventually.

It's the melting that scares me here in DC. I know we must have close to 2 feet here, with it still snowing. BUT, the prediction for Tuesday is 44 degrees and rain. Crossing the streets at intersections will require boats. |
