Almost belated Happy Thanksgiving from me too.  I worked but do so most holidays. I don't have any family here so volunteer to work holidays so people with families can have off. BTW, wish me luck Sunday. Since I worked today I'm going to do a turkey Sunday during football. It will be a bit of an experiment as I'm doing it on my indoor rotisserie. Hey, if you can do it to a chicken why not a turkey.
