Hi All and Happy New year to all! I use Outlook 2007 from my MS suite and I've noticed that my calendar entries/appointments that I have religiously kept uptodate have been 'dropping off' I believe about 6 mos old and older.

My entries/appointments were sometimes 3 or more per day of appts and events that I wanted to look back on 1 yr at various times but the possible 36+ entries per month has been thinned out to 3 in a month remaining. There is no rhyme or reason that 3 remain and the rest are totally gone.

Is there a place in this Outlook program that this is set and I would be able to change so that these calendar months of 6 mos and older do not get modified/appointments eliminated by some setting? I've not found a place that I could do this under Tools/Options.

Thanks for ANY help with this!! katy

Oh my goodness! I just found them! They were archived. So I AM able to see and get at them. I looked at archive before but it was empty but I failed to arrow 'back' to the month where archiving began.

Sorry about not seeing this before ;) Have a great weekend All!! katy
