The last two times I booted up, I got this box demanding my attention.

User Account Control

Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?
Program name: A tool to aid in developing services for Windows NT

Verified publisher: Microsoft Windows

Program location: "C:\Windows\system 32\sc.exe" start SbieSvc

I didn't answer Yes or No, I just closed it out.

The next time it appears, should I say Yes?

I have Win7

Thanks
