Sort of anyway. Included in the Anniversary upgrade release of Windows 10 will be The full Linux Ubuntu binaries. The main usage will be for developers allowing them to sort of mix Linux and Windows development tools. The main application will be Bash which sort of relates to Windows CMD. This is command line based as to the interface. You will be able to enable it via the Settings in Windows 10.
This will mean nothing for the majority of users but is a huge deal for developers.
