I recently started using the Mozilla Browser and have run into quite a few problems with web sites that don't like the "ad blocker" and I would like to remove it. Anyone know where this is and how to get rid of it?

Is this the ad blocker you want to remove Allyson? I've stopped using Firefox for now, I assume you've done a search in the settings for the browser?

Sorry I wasn't clear about that, I asked if you wanted to remove the ad blocker or the browser, I probably should have said Is it the ad blocker etc. rather than Is this, sorry for the confusion.

I am getting the messages about my ad blocker when I go to Outlook mail.....its always says "we notice you are using an ad blocker to gain space" and they go on from there to try and sell me a better version of Outlook Mail. I also ran into this problem when I tried to use a free web site to convert and image to a portrait. The message I got there was we cannot allow you to use our site because I am using and ad blocker to block ads that they want me to see. Anyway, I cannot find any sign of an add blocker on either Browser.

That notice in Outlook.com isn't to turn off your ad blocker. I don't recall how long it has been there but a very long time. I tested disabling uBlock Origin on Outlook.com and instead of that message, it showed a Comcast advertisement with the message below the ad, "Upgrade to ad-free". Whether uBlock Origin is on or off, the "Upgrade to Premium" box remains in the left folders column. Yes, I fully understand that there are sites that depend on advertising revenue in order to operate. There is one particular site I frequent regularly and have retained the uBlock Origin setting to be off for that site. However, because it is so easy to inadvertently click malicious ads, unless I trust the site, the ad-blocker stays on.
